1. PRIMEWORLD Forum Rules
By using this forum, the Project Participant accepts all the terms and conditions of these rules, without exception.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 These rules govern the activities of the PRIMEWORLD Forum and are binding on Project Participants and Moderators.
2.2 The Project Administration assumes no liability for information posted in the Forum by Project Participants.
2.3 Amendments and additions to these rules take effect from the moment they are published.

3. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

Rights of Moderators:

3.1 Moderators have the right to change or delete any information posted by Project Participants at their discretion (acting in accordance with these Rules and the official regulations).
3.2 Moderators reserve the right to take the following measures against Project Participants who violate the terms and conditions of these Rules:
3.2.1 Temporarily disabling a Project Participant from the Forum services (prohibiting them from sending messages, blocking access to the Forum).
The measures listed in paragraph 3.2.1 of the Rules are applied by Moderators at their discretion (depending on the severity of the Project Participant's violation of these Rules).
3.2.2 Permanently disabling a Project Participant from the Forum services (permanently blocking the Project Participant's forum account, blocking access to the Forum by IP address).
The measures listed in paragraph 3.2.2 of the Rules are applied only by decision of the Project Administration.
3.3 Moderators reserve the right to edit, move, and delete topics or messages without notifying Project Participants of their actions or intentions.
3.4 The Project Administration reserves the right to supplement and amend the provisions of these Rules without prior notice to Project Participants.
3.5 The Project Administration shall not be liable for temporary technical failures or interruptions in the Forum's operation, temporary failures or interruptions in communication lines, or other similar failures, nor for malfunctions of the computer from which Project Participants access the Internet.

Responsibilities of the Project Administration and Moderators:

3.6 In accordance with the provisions of these Rules, the Project Administration provides Project Participants with the opportunity to use the Forum 24/7, except during maintenance and other circumstances that prevent access to the Forum that are not the fault of the Project Administration.
3.7 Not to intentionally disclose information about Project Participants provided upon registration on the Forum to third parties, except in cases provided for by Russian Federation law and international law.
3.8 Not to change the nickname, login, or password of a Project Participant without their consent, except as otherwise provided for in other provisions of these Rules.

Project Participant Rights:

3.9 Project Participants have the right to use the Forum exclusively for non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Rules.
3.10 Project Participants have the right to change their password. In doing so, Project Participants are obligated to ensure the confidentiality (secrecy) of their password and other confidential information.
3.11 Project Participants may send complaints and suggestions related to the use of the Forum via private messages to the forum administrators.

Project Participant Responsibilities:

3.12 Project Participants undertake to use only one login on the Forum.
3.13 Upon registration, Project Participants select a Nickname, taking into account the following:
3.13.1 A Nickname in the form of a website address is prohibited;
3.13.2 Obscene Nicknames (including disguised forms and interpretations) are prohibited;
3.13.3 The use of more than three special characters or the excessive use of capital letters is prohibited;
3.13.4 A nickname that is obviously unreadable (a combination of numbers, special characters and letters, or similar) is prohibited;
3.13.5 Nicknames that may lead to erroneous identification of the Project Participant (intentionally or accidentally coinciding with the Nicknames of already registered Project Participants, Moderators, or Project Administrators) are prohibited;
3.13.6 Nicknames that directly or indirectly violate other provisions of the Forum Rules (especially clause 3.15) are prohibited.
3.14 The Project Participant posts an Avatar and/or Signature in accordance with the following rules:
3.14.1 Images and phrases that directly or indirectly violate other provisions of the Forum Rules (especially clause 3.15) are prohibited;
3.14.2 Posting more than two userbars is prohibited;
3.14.3 Images excessively overloaded with animation are prohibited.
3.15 The Project Participant is obliged to treat other Project Participants, Moderators, and the Project Administration with respect and correctness, namely:
3.15.1 Do not use flames. Expressions and actions aimed at retaliation an aggressive reaction; a provocation aimed at forcing a Project Participant into a confrontation with them or another Project Participant, leading to a violation of the Forum Rules.
3.15.2 Do not use phrases, expressions, or images that may humiliate or offend the feelings and dignity of another Project Participant;

3.15.3 Do not use obscene language in any form (including graphic or veiled);
3.15.4 Do not threaten violence or physical harm either on or off the Forum;
3.15.5 Do not distribute in any way materials that promote or express rejection of or hatred toward any religion, culture, race, nation, people, language, politics, ideology, or social movement;
3.15.6 Do not post pornographic materials, drugs, or similar items, or resources containing such information;
3.15.7 Do not make unfounded or false accusations against other Project Participants, or against the Moderators and Administration of the Project;
3.15.8 Do not advertise resources containing Trojans, viruses, hacking programs, or any software that gives a Project Participant a gaming advantage;
3.15.9 Do not advertise resources containing false information about the Project (including phishing sites);
3.15.10 Do not distribute false information about the Project;
3.15.11 Do not distribute any confidential information about any Project Participant without their written consent.
3.16 Project Participants must not clutter the Forum with meaningless messages and topics. The following are considered as such:
3.16.1 Necroposting. Sending a message to a topic that is no longer relevant, with the aim of promoting it to the top of the section list or to increase the post count;
3.16.2 Spamming. Messages that are meaningless and intended solely to increase the post count;
3.16.3 Overquoting. Messages with excessive amounts of quoted material;
3.16.4 "Upping" a topic. A message intended to promote a topic to the top of the list (more than once every 6 hours).
3.16.5 Spamming. Mass creation of messages and topics.
3.16.6 Off-Topic. Messages whose content is not relevant to the topic of the topic.
3.17 When creating a topic, a Project Participant must:
3.17.1 clearly formulate the topic of discussion, taking into account the section's theme. Also, stick to the topic of the topic when posting future messages;
3.17.2 ensure that there is no similar topic on the Forum;
3.17.3 familiarize themselves with additional rules (if any) or the description of a particular Forum section;
3.17.4 correctly select a Forum section with a similar thematic focus;
3.17.5 It is prohibited to create identical topics in different sections of the Forum.
3.18 Project participants must use the Forum only to discuss the designated Forum topic and/or section.

Project participants are prohibited from:

3.19 Trading (or discussing trading) in-game characters, items, character upgrade services, and accounts for real money (both cash and electronic) on the Forum is prohibited. The sale of in-game items is permitted only for coins and in-game currency. Advertising such services is also prohibited.
3.20 It is prohibited to post links to resources containing information or programs of "hacker" and/or "warez" (software used in violation of international and Russian copyright laws).
3.21 It is prohibited to post materials that directly or indirectly violate the copyright and/or other rights of individuals and legal entities. It is also prohibited to post materials that directly or indirectly violate current Russian legislation. 3.22. Publishing any information of an advertising nature is prohibited. This includes openly advertising internet resources (website, forum, FTP, etc.) that have nothing to do with PRIMEWORLD project resources. Links to other resources and images are also prohibited in signatures (posted in profiles, etc.). Links to Project Participants' homepages are an exception.
3.23. Abuse of codes (tags), colors, capital letters, and the like is prohibited.
3.24. Discussion of any vulnerabilities of Project resources, game exploits, and the like is prohibited.
3.25. Project Participants are prohibited from intentionally or accidentally impersonating another Project Participant or a Project Administration employee.
3.26. Project Participants are prohibited from discussing the actions of Project employees, as well as the actions of Moderators, outside of specialized sections.
