PRIMEWORLD Project Rules:

1. Rights and Obligations of the Parties:

1.1. The Administration reserves the right to make any changes to the server without prior notice to players.
1.2. Ignorance of the rules does not excuse liability for their violation.
1.3. All players are responsible for monitoring changes to the rules.
1.4. The Server Administration is not responsible for any damage caused by playing on this server.
1.5. The Administration is not responsible for the temporary or permanent inability of a specific person or group of people to play on the server.
1.6. The Administration reserves the right to terminate access to the server for a specific user or an entire subnet at any time, without explanation.
1.7. The Administration is not obligated to refund items or money lost as a result of server failures. Server hacks are considered separately.
1.8. In the event of server malfunctions, the Administration will take the necessary steps to restore its operation as soon as possible.
1.9. Players are obligated to comply with the Administration's requirements and the provisions of this Agreement.
1.10. The account owner is responsible for all actions performed under the account, regardless of who performed the actions. Repeated violations of the rules from the same IP address will result in a ban.
1.11. If other players or the GM violate any provisions of this Agreement against a user, the user has the right to file a complaint in accordance with Section 11 of this Agreement.

2. Interaction with the Administration, Forum Moderators, Game Masters, Project Developers, etc.:

2.1. Unnecessary contact with the Server Administration is prohibited. Any contact with the Administration must contain a clear statement of the player's problem or a question specifically related to the server's operation. (The Server Administration is open to dialogue, but reserves the right not to answer questions.)
2.2. Disrespectful behavior towards the Server Administration is prohibited.
2.3. Threats, requests, pleas, etc. directed at the Server Administration, both on the forum and in-game, are prohibited.
2.4. Interfering with the GMs' work is prohibited.
2.5. Arguing with the GM or challenging their actions is prohibited.
2.6. Sending Party, Clan, Friend, or Trade requests to the GM is prohibited.
2.7. Intentionally misleading the GM is prohibited.
2.8. Publishing conversations with the GM or their content without prior approval is prohibited.
2.9. Pestering the GM with requests to lift an imposed penalty is prohibited.
2.10. Discussing the penalty imposed by the GM is prohibited.
2.11. GMs do not interfere with gameplay except in cases of rule violations, scheduled events, or ongoing work.
2.12. Players are prohibited from mentioning the real names of GMs or server administration in any way in the game or on the forum.
2.13. Referring to personal connections with GMs or administration on the forum or in the game is prohibited.

3. Game Account and Characters.

3.1. Accounts and all their contents are the property of the server administration.
3.2. By registering an account, the user agrees to the rules of this agreement and is obligated to comply with them.
3.2. User identification is performed using the registration information provided during account registration.
3.3. All transactions with the game account are performed only upon provision of registration information.
3.4. The administration reserves the right to deny access to the account if the user does not have registration information.
3.5. The account owner is responsible for all actions performed under the account.
3.6. All players are responsible for ensuring that computers accessing game servers are free of software prohibited by Rule 4.1.
3.7. If a game account password is lost or stolen by others, the user can recover the password using the password recovery function in their personal account. If, for any reason, the password cannot be recovered, the user can submit a request for its recovery.
3.8. The Administration is not obligated to return items, accounts, characters, or their parameters lost by players for any reason.
3.9. Refunds under Section 3.7 remain at the discretion of the Administration after reviewing the request submitted through the appeals system in the Help section of the website and are not mandatory.
3.10. The Administration assumes no liability and does not return items lost as a result of fraud. We recommend familiarizing yourself with methods of in-game cheating.
3.11. The server administration takes all possible measures to ensure account security. However, players are also responsible for their own security. Use alphanumeric passwords of at least 8 characters. Don't share your password with anyone; experience shows that most hacks are committed by friends. GMs and support staff will never ask for your password.
3.12. The administration is not obligated to return items lost as a result of a hack. 

3.13. The rules for resolving disputes, complaints, and filing appeals are described in Section 11 of this Agreement.

4. Gameplay:

4.1. Using programs that emulate player presence in the game or disrupt the normal functioning of the server software is prohibited. This includes programs that modify or replace the client, or that alter or facilitate gameplay through non-game methods. Examples include: - showing data about another character not intended by the game developers, such as target HP. - automating gameplay. - automating entry into the game after a restart. - exploiting game errors and bugs through software methods, such as resetting a player's target, temporarily disconnecting, etc.
4.2. Using programs that automate gameplay or for hacking. Report any use of such programs to the game administration. Examples of hacking or automating programs:
Programs that alter game results. Programmable mice, macros, and other automation tools.
All options not provided for by the gameplay.
4.3. Unauthorized access to another player's game account is prohibited.
4.4. Impersonating the Administration or an authorized representative of the Administration is prohibited.
4.5. Spamming in game chat (general, trade, and heroic) is prohibited.
4.6. Writing obscene messages in chat (general, trade, and heroic), as well as insulting other players, is prohibited.
4.7. Threats of any kind towards players are prohibited.
4.8. Sending messages in general chat that violate the laws of the Russian Federation and Ukraine is prohibited.
4.9. Selling or buying in-game items, adena, and characters for real money, items, or services is prohibited.
4.10. Mentioning any monetary units or monetary equivalents in chat when selling or buying in-game items or characters is considered an attempt to sell for real money and will be punished accordingly.

4.11. Staying in areas where it may hinder the movement of other players is prohibited (for example, sitting in a narrow space that makes passage difficult).
4.12. Malicious swearing and insulting players, as well as creating twins to encourage repeat offenses, will result in a one-month ban for all offenders' accounts.

4.14. Rules for attacking epic bosses:
- All skills that affect the behavior of epic bosses and that are cast directly on the boss are prohibited.
- If the boss is stuck in a texture and its HP is above 10% at the time, the team must stop farming the boss, take screenshots, and report the issue to the administration. The Administration, in turn, will compensate for part of the damage caused by the bug at its sole discretion. A boss getting stuck in a texture with less than 10% HP is considered normal.
- Attacking the boss from locations inaccessible to it is prohibited.
- The Administration recommends recording a replay, or better yet, a video clip of the farming process, for proof in case of questions.
- Attacking with incorrectly functioning skills is prohibited.
- Failure to comply with these rules will result in the removal of drops.
- In the event of repeated violations and failure to comply with the rules, the Administration reserves the right to ban characters involved in killing the boss.

5. Exploiting Server Bugs:

5.1. Exploiting server bugs is prohibited. Bugs are defined as any actions not intended for gameplay and aimed at personal gain.
5.2. If you find a new bug, please report it to the Server Administration in the appropriate section of the forum.

6. Communication, Naming:

6.1. The use of obscene language in the game and on the forum is strictly prohibited.
6.2. Advertising of any kind on the forum or in the game is prohibited unless it relates to the in-game market.
6.3. Names (including on portal forums), titles, guild names, or guild abbreviations that insult other players or contain obscene or vulgar language are prohibited.
6.3.1. Texts and signatures on portal forums containing offensive, obscene, or vulgar text or images, including in a veiled form or figuratively, are prohibited.
6.3.2. Text with a forum font size larger than 3, images larger than 200 kilobytes, or more than three images.
6.4. When creating a character, it is prohibited to give them the name "GM" or names similar to those of server administration representatives.
6.5. Using someone else's clan or alliance symbols is prohibited. Symbols belong to the clan that first adopted them.
6.6. Particular attention is paid to hero chat, as it is broadcast to the entire server. Violating server rules in this type of chat will be punished especially severely.

7. Trading:

7.1. Trading in places where it may cause inconvenience to other players is prohibited (for example: trading in a narrow opening where passage is difficult due to the trader).
7.2. Offers to buy/sell/trade are only allowed in trade chat.

8. Recommendations:

8.1. General Recommendations:
8.1.1. Be polite in your interactions with other players and the GM.
8.1.2. Please promptly notify the server administration of any bugs or shortcomings you find.

8.1.3. Always follow the GM's instructions.
8.1.4. Try to read the forum.
8.2. Communication with the GM:
8.2.1. Avoid greetings, "Are you there?", "Can I ask a question?", "Can I ask you something?", and other irrelevant questions – get straight to the point.
8.2.2. Explain your needs concisely and clearly, in one sentence.
8.2.3. Try to write in linguistically correct language.

9. Rules Supplementation:

9.1. These rules are subject to change without notice.
9.2. If a player commits an act that clearly harms the organization of the game and/or gameplay, but is not expressly stipulated in the rules, the Administration reserves the right to impose a punishment commensurate with the offense (up to and including account deletion), with subsequent mandatory amendments to the penalty and public announcement of its decision to impose a punishment in such cases on the server website and forum.

10. RULES FOR GMs and Supports:

10.1. Artificially increasing the level or any other parameter of your or any other game character (support and GM characters do not apply here) is prohibited. Except in cases requiring it (e.g., bug testing, event management, etc.).
10.2. Disrupting gameplay is prohibited: transferring in-game items by any means, assisting with leveling, etc. (exceptions may be made during events, weddings, sales, or testing, and only with the approval of the head GM).
10.3. Intimidating/humiliating players is prohibited.
10.4. Using the GM's powers for personal gain is prohibited.
10.5. Teleporting players without their consent is prohibited, except in cases of rule violation.
10.6. Making various unsubstantiated defamatory statements about server players is prohibited.
10.7. Interfering in any in-game conflicts that do not violate server rules is prohibited.
10.8. Flooding announcements and using announcements for non-informational purposes is prohibited.

11. Rules for Resolving Disputes, Complaints, and Filing Appeals.

11.1. If any of the rules are violated by players or the GM, the user has the right to file a complaint in the "Feedback" section of the forum.
11.2. Each user has the right to appeal any punishment imposed on their account or characters (ban, deletion, etc.).
11.3. To file an appeal, the player must go to the "Feedback" section of their personal account.
11.4. Complete the appeal form as completely as possible.
11.5. Please include the reasons why the server administration may decide to mitigate or cancel the punishment (screenshots, moral reasons, having many children, social status, etc.).
11.6. The text of the appeal must not contradict the server rules listed in this agreement.
11.7. Before sending your letter, remember that only one appeal will be accepted per character or account. Please carefully consider your appeal. Repeated emails and spam are prohibited and may be penalized in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.
11.8. The server administration undertakes to review the appeal within five business days and make a decision on a preventive measure for the appellant and notify the user of the decision via return email.
11.9. The administration's decision on the appeal letter is not subject to appeal.
11.10. If Sections 11.4, 11.5, 11.6, 11.7, and 11.8 are not observed, the administration reserves the right to refuse to consider the appeal after notifying the user accordingly.
11.11. Appeals and complaints regarding decisions made by the GM-MA or the administration, expressed in any other form, will be penalized in accordance with Section 2 of this Agreement.

12. The range of penalties provided by the Administration:

12.1. Chat ban. If a chat ban is not possible (the player is not in the game), a ban may be imposed for the same or a longer period;
12.2. Decreasing any character stats (deleveling, resetting SP, etc.);
12.3. Blocking a character/user account for a period of at least one day;
12.4. Permanent account blocking;
12.5. Account password change.
12.6. Confiscation of the player's personal belongings.
12.7. IP or subnet ban.
12.8. For any rule violation, the Administration will determine the punishment the player will receive based on the total number of rule violations committed by the player.
